SAP Customer Experience Centers
The Sapphire stands happen in public. The Customer Experience Centers are where the real conversations begin.
The Sapphire stands happen in public, in front of tens of thousands. The Customer Experience Centers are where SAP’s enterprise conversations actually begin. Quieter, more specific, higher stakes. TSC has built both.
SAP’s software runs a serious share of the world's commerce. Most people will never see it. This is where they finally do.

What we built
A Show Floor of five modular pods walking visitors through the themes shaping their sector, with TSC building the spatial design, the technology integration, and the content templates: the frame adapts, the room doesn’t. Next to it, the Experience Lab, immersive environments built to look like the visitor’s own world, a supermarket, a fashion store, with camera tracking, sensors, interactive screens, and physical props. Walldorf. Munich. Berlin. New York. Tokyo. Singapore. The same brief everywhere: make the invisible tangible.
The challenge
Build one framework that lets SAP tell different stories to different audiences across six cities, without rebuilding the space each time, and make invisible enterprise software something a visitor can stand inside.

“Six cities, and a customer in Tokyo has to feel as understood as one in New York. That part never gets easier. ”
