Customers fly in from around the world and spend a full day inside Miro's tools and Miro's thinking. A living laboratory that opens every working day and rearranges itself for whoever walks in.

Look up at the coffee bar and a digital artwork is rewriting itself in real time, on live data. There is no label next to it.

What we built

The Storytelling Suite ties the whole place together: reception, collaboration zones, every transition in between. Logos, content and messages tuned to each visitor before they have even sat down. And Miro's own team can reshape the room mid-session, on their own, which is how it was designed.

The challenge

No two visits are alike. Every group lands with its own questions and its own reason for flying in. The room had to answer all of them with no script and no pause, and feel built for exactly these people, today.
