From first conversation to opening. And beyond.
A finished experience looks effortless. That is the whole trick. What you do not see is everything underneath: the strategy, the drawings, the engineering, the build, the code, the content, the install, the service in the time after. Here it is, step by step, start to finish. One team, one roof. No telephone game, no gaps for the good stuff to fall into.
Vision & Strategy
Before anything gets designed, we ask what this is really for. Whose attention we are earning, and what should be different when they leave. Strategy here is not a deck nobody reopens. It is the answer that keeps the next two years honest.
Concept & Design
A concept is a promise you make before you can prove it, so we make it specific: one room, one moment, one feeling worth the trip. Then design gives the idea a body, worked in 2D, 3D, and motion until you could almost walk through it before a single wall exists.
Engineering & Project Management
None of this holds without a spine. One team owns the work from first brief to final sign-off, so nothing slips through a handover that should never happen. Under the poetry there is real engineering: schedules that hold, tolerances that matter, budgets we treat as a promise, not a hope. Delivering it on the date, on the number, exactly as drawn, is the part you actually pay for.
Hardware & Millwork
Renderings cannot fake a room, so at some point the drawings have to become steel, timber, and glass. We fabricate the physical build ourselves, custom millwork and all, made to fit the concept rather than the other way around. Screens that respond, rooms that listen, tech dependable enough that nobody ever thinks about it. That is the point.
Software
Our own software, the Storytelling Suite, runs every screen from one interface. One place to drive the whole room, so your team can run it without us standing behind them. Built for this experience and no other, not bent out of something off the shelf.
Content Production
The space sets the stage. The content is what people carry home. Film, sound, motion, 3D, real-time: we make all of it in-house, to one standard, for this experience alone. A launch can need hours of it, and every second has to hold the same feeling, with nothing that reads as filler.
Delivery & Launch
Now it goes on site. Install, the last adjustments, the launch itself, the part no rendering can promise. The same people who drew it are the ones in the room when the doors open, and it ships when we said it would.
Care & Support
Most of the work you never see comes after. The real test comes later, when the crowds have thinned and the experience still has to perform. So we stay. We train the people who will live with it, monitor the room remotely through the Suite, and keep the hardware running with service and spare parts before anyone notices a gap. Support here is one number that reaches someone who knows your build by name. Not a ticket queue. But your success is not just keeping it alive. We watch how it performs, and when the story needs to move on, we refresh it, so what you made keeps pulling people in and earns its place.
Worlds worth entering start with a conversation.
Tell us what you are trying to make people feel. We will tell you how we would build it, and stay until opening night and beyond. We would love to hear the idea.
