Introduction
The Miro Discovery Center in Amsterdam is an immersive environment designed to showcase collaboration, creativity, and technology at its finest. Customers from around the world come to experience the space for a full day or more, engaging directly with Miro’s tools and philosophy.
At the heart of the experience is an ever evolving digital art piece above the coffee bar that combines real-time data input with playful visuals, reflecting Miro’s brand identity while adding a sense of delight to the space. Throughout the center, The Storytelling Suite enables dynamic, personalised interactions that connect seamlessly with the Miro platform, bringing content and collaboration to life in a way that is flexible, adaptive, and engaging.
Challenges
The Miro Discovery Center needed to deliver a unique experience for every visitor. Each customer journey is different, requiring the space to adapt dynamically to different groups, agendas, and collaborative sessions. Ensuring this flexibility while maintaining engaging, interactive storytelling and brand alignment was a key challenge.
The Storytelling Suite became the central enabler, allowing real-time content updates, personalised touch points, and seamless integration with the Miro platform to ensure that every visit could be tailored to the audience.

We produced and engineered the digital art installation above the coffee bar, giving visitors a visual and interactive anchor that blends real-time data with engaging, brand-driven storytelling.
The Storytelling Suite was deployed across multiple touch points, from the reception area to the collaboration zones, enabling personalised messages, customer logos, and dynamic content updates in real time.
This flexibility allowed Miro staff to adapt the space instantly, enhancing engagement and supporting hands-on collaboration.
