Introduction

Each year before christmas, Munich’s lovebrand BMW M invites their most successful drivers and teams to its hometown and tasks TSC with creating a night to remember: emotional moments, thrilling memories, and happy winners flock to Bavaria to go full-speed fun.

Challenges

Turning an assembly hangar into a festive place of celebration, and a safe space for interaction and fun, called a lot of experience and hands-on solutions. Thankfully, TSC’s project lead and onsite managers turned the challenge into success, with lots of ambience light, tasteful decoration, and a crisp show flow with numerous toughing moments.

With a perfect setup and an elegant framework that puts humans, their dreams, and their achievements into the spotlight.

Results

The annual conclusion of the BMW M Sports Trophy has a long tradition - and has been managed by TSC for several years in a row.

This year’s audience of around 200 guests fully embraced the celebrations, welcoming the “class of 2026” - the new members of the BMW M Racing Academy -, and honoring the racing efforts of the drivers and their teams.
