Introduction
Honeywell’s Customer Experience Center (CXC) in Atlanta is a state of the art environment that brings the future of building automation to life. The space immerses visitors in real time demonstrations of connected systems that optimise energy use, enhance safety, and improve overall building performance.
At its heart sits a custom designed interactive table that seamlessly blends technology, content, and storytelling to showcase Honeywell’s latest innovations in smart buildings and smart cities. The centre has also been nominated for an AV Magazine Corporate Project of the Year Award, recognising its impact and innovation.
Challenges
The key challenge was to translate Honeywell’s complex building automation solutions into an experience that feels accessible, engaging, and memorable for a diverse audience. The centre needed to connect physical and digital storytelling in a way that not only informed but also inspired, while ensuring seamless integration of content, technology, and visitor flow.
Solution
We developed a narrative framework that guides visitors through the space, supported by a design that integrates AV systems, interactive content, and data driven storytelling.
The signature table, powered by The Storytelling Suite, became the anchor point, allowing guests to explore Honeywell’s innovations in an interactive, tactile way. Every detail from engineering and content production to delivery and long term support was crafted to ensure the centre could evolve with Honeywell’s rapidly developing technologies.
