Challenges

How to balance a joint strategic brand experience in the plenum during the day with a maximally communicative, and interactive evening event within the sprawling premises of Munich's Infinity conference center?

The 15+ strong TSC team was up for the challenge, smoothly managing 35+ internal and external speakers and the sophisticated graphic content, plus a 2-hour transition period to transform the daytime stage into a party and performance zone for the evening.

Solution

More than 2,000 employees took over all indoor and outdoor areas of Munich's Infinity conference venue and enjoyed a diverse program on the striking center stage during the day.

In the evening, there was something to discover, taste, and experience in every corner of the expansive venue: from gin tastings and curling lanes to food trucks, live entertainment, and a party in the transformed plenary hall, no wishes were left unfulfilled.
